Our relationships with local farmers ensure that only the best ingredients make it to your plate.

At Cotswold Food & Drink, we champion local farming and traditional rearing methods. Our meats are sourced with care:

  • Locally and traditionally reared, ensuring ethical practices.
  • Free from hormones and growth promoters, prioritizing animal welfare.
  • Antibiotic use is limited, and only when necessary.
  • Our livestock is fed on native grasses and natural forage, like wild weeds and dandelions.
  • Preparation of foodstuffs takes place right on the farm for maximum freshness.
  • We select only the finest Hereford and Aberdeen Angus cattle, chosen specifically for their quality and condition.
  • Our local abattoir partnership ensures humane and quality processing.
  • Beef is aged for 21 to 28 days, optimizing flavour and tenderness.
