STORAGE ADVICE | To ensure the freshness and quality of the Chicken and Herb Sausage, it is recommended to store it properly. Keep the bag of sausage in the refrigerator at a temperature below 40°F (4°C). Ensure that the bag is tightly sealed to prevent any potential contamination or exposure to air. Properly stored, the chicken and herb sausage can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days. If you don’t plan to use it within that time frame, you can also freeze the sausage. Transfer the sausages to airtight freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags, removing as much air as possible before sealing. Frozen chicken and herb sausages can maintain their quality for approximately 2-3 months. When ready to use, thaw the sausages in the refrigerator before cooking. It is important to cook thawed sausages promptly and consume them within a few days for the best taste and safety. |
PACKAGING | This pack contains 420g. Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling. |

Here’s a short set of cooking instructions for Chicken and Herb Sausage:
1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
2. Place the chicken and herb sausages on the grill or in the pan.
3. Cook the sausages for about 12-15 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
4. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the sausages. They should reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) to ensure they are fully cooked.
5. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the grill or pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
6. Serve the chicken and herb sausages hot and enjoy!
You can serve the sausages on their own as a main dish or use them in various recipes such as sandwiches, pasta dishes, or salads. Feel free to add your favorite condiments or side dishes to complement the flavors of the sausages.
