    STORAGE ADVICE
For optimal storage of Jamaican Sweet Potatoes, it is crucial to keep them in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated place. Ideally, store them in a pantry or a mesh bag to allow for air circulation, preventing moisture buildup and sprouting. Avoid refrigeration, as cold temperatures can alter the sweet potato’s flavor and texture. Additionally, keep them away from onions and other ethylene-producing fruits and vegetables to prevent premature spoilage. Regularly check for any signs of decay or softening, and use the potatoes within a few weeks to ensure they remain fresh and flavorful.
