STORAGE ADVICE
To maintain the optimal freshness and flavors of your Lamb Coriander and Garlic Kofta, it is recommended to store them in the refrigerator at a temperature of 40°F (4°C) or below. Place the koftas in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap to prevent any exposure to air or moisture. Stored properly, the Lamb Coriander and Garlic Kofta can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days. If you wish to extend their shelf life, you can also freeze the koftas. Wrap them individually in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe container or bag before freezing. Frozen koftas can maintain their quality for approximately 2-3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw them in the refrigerator before cooking.

Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled box lovingly packed with FSC-certified shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled. To recycle the gel packs, simply cut a corner and dispose of the contents through your normal domestic waste system, as the gel isn’t harmful to the environment. Better still, reuse them by storing in the freezer and chilling other products. The only component from our packaging that can’t be recycled are the foil liners which need to be go in household waste; the poly bags meat comes in needs to go in plastic recycling.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To enjoy your Lamb Coriander and Garlic Kofta, here’s cooking instruction:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Place the Lamb Coriander and Garlic Kofta on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
3. If the kofta is cold, you may want to drizzle a little olive oil over the top to keep them moist.
4. Bake the kofta in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until they are heated through.
5. While the kofta are heating, you can prepare any accompanying side dishes or sauces, such as yogurt sauce or a tomato-based dip.
6. Once the kofta are heated, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two.
7. Serve the Lamb Coriander and Garlic Kofta with your desired sides and sauces.
8. Enjoy your delicious kofta!
Remember, since the kofta are already cooked, the baking time is just to heat them through. Make sure to adjust the baking time accordingly if you have more or fewer kofta.
