At the heart of the box is a beautifully rolled 1.5kg leg of British lamb on the bone – rich in flavour, tender, and perfect for roasting to your liking. We’ve paired it with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables: hearty big potatoes (500g) ready for crisping up with goose fat, vibrant broccoli (500g), sweet 500g carrots, and a whole cauliflower to round out your roast tray.
