Refunds and Returns

It is the policy of Cotswold Food & Drink to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to receive a refund or return your purchase, please email customercare@cotswoldfoodanddrink.co.uk or call us on 0800 774 7068 with the order number quoted on the delivery note.

Fresh products

If you receive a fresh product from Cotswold Food & Drink that is not in perfect condition, we request full details of the item (product code, Use By date and product description) with photographs if possible, and we will refund the cost of that item to you within 48 hours.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange or refund the damaged items without charge.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost in transit, we will refund your purchase and offer a replacement.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and the team will advise on next steps depending on the product in question. We will refund you for the product you originally ordered.
